Another great program from Dreadnought Strength is a 5 day strongman 'off-season' template. This is designed for those that aren't currently focusing on events, but want to get bigger and stronger while they're not competing. This is a more 'advanced' template, and will require some serious training and recovery. Please don't attempt this unless you've been training for a few years and have a good base of technique, and are utilising serious recovery modalities (such as massage, extra sleep, proper nutrition plans, etc) as it will be tough!
